They asked for a digital project manager to supervise a new digital project: a fundraising campaign to build a centre for treating and researching childhood cancer made by everyone and for everyone.

#Paralosvalientes, was a digital campaign to build the new Pediatric Cancer Center in Barcelona, was based on:
- Website of fundraising for social causes with Stockcrowd and designed by Paradigma FCM
- Digital strategies based on Social Media: a challenge to be brave on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
- 01: Paint two black lines on one cheek.
- 02: Take a selfie.
- 03: Share it on your social media. Tag with hashtag #paralosvalientes and challenge 3 friends to do the same.
- Videos campaigns
- Packaging for VIP and press conference
- Initialize and active a long-haul project
Impact on relevant press Mundo Deportivo, Rac 1, Televisa, etc…
In October 2018: #ParaLosValientes wins Gold for Social Relevance at the Efficiency Awards 2018.
We worked as leaders with the roles of digital project manager and digital strategist: a strategic and tactical leader and also a hub between the participants in the campaign with Paradigma FCM, Fundació Leo Messi, Hospital St. Joan de Déu, Stockcrowd, IESE, Fundació FCB.
Our functions were:
- Develop strategic planning and tactical thinking
- Participate in defining goals, strategies, and the execution and result measurement of the actions taken.
- Create methodologies and content plan
- Control and digital management
- Coordinate creative team: art direction and copywriter
- Manage external teams: Hospital Sant Joan de Deu, Fundación Leo Messi, Fundació FCB
- Manage technical teams: Stockcrowd, Runroom.
- Supervise the process
- Follow the campaign launch and tracking
- Manage internal teams
- Review the content strategy with Mr Churchill, MCS.
